position expired
Brisbane Australia AU

To help address the gender imbalance in Australian physics, the ARC Centre of Excellence for Future Low-Energy Electronics Technologies (FLEET) is advertising two 3-year research fellowships that are only open to female applicants. They can be hosted in any part of the Centre’s research program, and are suitable for early career researchers with experience ranging from zero up to about 8-10 years out of their PhD. Candidates with career interruptions due to carer responsibilities are particularly encouraged to apply.

Potential applicants interested in working at the University of Queensland in Australia on topics in nonequilibrium dynamics and thermodynamics of polariton-exciton and/or quantum gas superfluids should get in touch with Matthew Davis to discuss their application: mdavis@physics.uq.edu.au
