Tenured/Tenure-track Position in Physics at NYU Shanghai

NYU Shanghai is currently inviting applications for a position at the rank of assistant, associate, or full professor in Physics.
We seek candidates who have completed a Ph.D. in Physics or a closely related discipline. We invite applications from candidates in any field and have a special interest in those with expertise in experimental atomic molecular optics, quantum information, or condensed matter physics. Experimental physicists at the mid-career stage are particularly encouraged to apply. A successful candidate is expected to establish a leading research program in his/her field, as well as teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels. We are especially interested in candidates who, through their research, teaching, and/or service, will contribute to the diversity and excellence of the academic community.

Terms of employment at NYU Shanghai are comparable to NYU New York and other U.S. institutions with respect to research start-up funds and compensation, and they include housing subsidies and educational subsidies for children.
