The Department of Applied Physics at Yale University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Experimental Optical Sciences. This search is seeking researchers in the broad area of optics and applied physics, including but not limited to nanophotonics, non-linear optics, optical biophysics, quantum optics and optical materials. The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate the ability to interact dynamically and synergistically in our community of students, research staff, and faculty.
