The successful candidate will work on research projects related to quantum many-body physics of atoms and molecules in optical lattices, including projects on dipolar gases, synthetic magnetism, and low-dimensional systems. The projects include possibilities for collaboration with leading experimental groups. The successful candidate will participate in the DFG Research Training Group “Fundamentals and applications of ultra-cold matter”.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a Master degree or equivalent or must obtain the degree prior to beginning of employment.
