The Department of Physics at Auburn University invites applications for a tenure track position in experimental Atomic, Molecular and Optical Physics at the Assistant Professor level. Outstanding applicants may be considered at a more senior level.

Applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree with strong research experience in AMO physics. Post-doctoral experience in experimental AMO physics is desirable. Applicants are expected to have a strong commitment to high-quality undergraduate and graduate teaching. The successful candidate will be expected to initiate a vigorous research program.
