Experimental Postdoctoral Position in Optical Lattice Simulations of Correlated Fermions
Applications are solicited for an experimental Postdoctoral Research Associate for a newly funded program to use ultracold atoms in optical lattices to simulate important condensed matter materials. The program is a collaboration involving six universities, with the experimental effort being conducted at Rice University. This position provides an excellent opportunity to conduct research at the forefront of the exciting field of ultracold atomic quantum gases. Successful candidates will have relevant experimental experience in atomic or condensed matter physics. Interested persons should contact Prof. R. G. Hulet by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Curriculum vitae and 3 letters of reference can be sent by email or by mail to Rice University, Dept. of Physics and Astronomy, MS-61, Houston, TX 77251. Rice University is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer. Women and minorities are encouraged to apply.
