Dear atom opticians, we are happy to announce that the Young Atom Opticians (YAO) Conference 2012 is to be held at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, Poland. The YAO conference is renowned to be a great meeting ground for young researchers in both experimental and theoretical atomic physics and an excellent platform to present their work.

The YAO 2012 will take place from Sunday evening, the 25th to Friday, the 30th of March 2012. All participants are invited to present their research in either a talk or poster presentation. The participants of the conference are usually young PhD students, but the conference is also open to masters students or really any young scientist who are beginning their work in the field of atomic physics.
