Quantum Information with Atoms, Photons, and Solid State Systems

This conference will bring together physicists and mathematicians interested in quantum information and quantum correlations in cold atoms, quantum optics, and condensed matter physics.

The conference is supported by the Groupement de Recherche (GDR) "Dynamique quantique" and the Centre de Théorie en Physique de Grenoble.

There will be two introductory lectures on the theory of quantum information and on entanglement and interferometry in atomic gases. These lectures are aimed to help non-specialists to get acquainted with the subject and will stress what are the new perspectives in the field. The other talks will present some of its latest theoretical and experimental developments.
